Who is SerbianaArt?

SerbianaArt is the first virtual gallery which in unique and clearly defined way allows users to easily and simply buy original works of art from renowned artists of Serbia.

The Gallery is registered in the Agency for business registers of the Republic of Serbia.

How to pay for the ordered?

You can pay for ordered articles, together with delivery expenses, in advance (before delivery) with credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB.
If you do not have a credit card you can pay for ordered articles based on our estimate to our banking account: by Invoice (for legal parties ? firms), by bank transfer or by general payment notice (in the nearest post office). We remark that all transfer expanses are to be paid by buyer. We are sorry to say that the delivery will last longer this way. We can send ordered articles only when money comes to our account.

Is it secure to buy with a credit card?

Yes, SerbianaArt guarantees you the safety of online shopping.
If you decide to pay for selected articles with a credit card, you must first leave your contact information (name, surname, delivery address...) on the registration page of SerbianaArt.com, and then you are led through payment procedure by the 2Checkout.com, an Internet Company.

2Checkout.com is a retailer for our artworks/services that allows our customers to purchase using different payment methods. The payment methods include credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB.
Every purchase from 2Checkout.com is 100% safe.

What if I do not pay for the ordered?

If you are not able to pay for the ordered articles, for any reason, we will consider your order canceled. Visit us again.

What about delivery?

We offer to our buyers to deliver them our articles, into more then 200 countries worldwide, by PPT posts of Serbia and ?from door to door? by courier delivery services PostExpress, DHL and FedEx.

What is the price of delivery?

A sum of packaging and delivery service cost is shown in your shopping basket, beside every article and can always be seen before buying. Delivery costs depend on delivery destination and package weight and are calculated according to the price-list of the delivery service of your choice.

What if the painting is too large to transport?

The painting exceeding standards for regular transportation by dimensions or weight is subject to special transportation terms.

If you decide to buy a painting you have two courier delivery services at your disposal: DHL and FedEx.

How to choose the most favorable transporter?

When you have finished selecting articles, and have placed them in your shopping cart, it is necessary to select delivery location and method. Offered delivery prices are clearly stated in a table, located just underneath you basket. You can check delivery costs here and choose the most favorable transporter for all articles in your basket. This is the simplest way to choose, and we recommend it.

If you, for any reason, choose to send selected articles by different transporters, you can do that by simply clicking on transporter link, located in a column for transport in your shopping basket. A "cart _popup" window will appear with transport services available to you. When you finish choosing a transporter for each article pay attention to total transports costs. Do not be confused by the difference between total amount for transport in your basket and in the table.

Important note: You can choose different transporters for each article individually in your basket; you can only choose one transporter for all articles in the table.

What if something gets damaged or missing during transport?

SerbianaArt guarantees delivery validness. Ordered artworks are packaged in a way to evade any damages during usual transport.

SerbianaArt enables you to insure your package from loss or damage risks to which it might be exposed during domestic and international transport.

What happens if buyer does not accept his/her delivery?

Your package will be delivered directly to your home in places that have organized delivery. In places that do not have organized delivery, the post office will inform you on the arrival of the package and on time and place where you can take it. If you do not pick it up in time, the package will be returned to the sender, in this case SerbianaArt.

You do not have the right to postage refund for the package you did not take. Please note that this postage will be charged to you, unless it is our mistake.

What is our policy on claims and returns?

If you are dissatisfied for whatever reason with the selected article, you can return it in 10 days but we should receive the goods in original packaging, undamaged, with the same content and with its documentation and you must pay postage expanses for sending goods back to our gallery.
It is also necessary to specify reasons for returning goods. If your claim is proper we will refund to you the full amount paid for the returned article. Postage will be refunded only if it is our error.
