Mudrak Verislav, born in 1971 in Novi Sad. He has graduated in secondary mechanical school in Indjija. He paints since his earliest childhood. He has participated in several collective exhibits.

"In a place where actuality meets imagination, dream meets reality, light meets darkness, I start with my first brush moves. And suddenly, every negative thought vanishes, every pain lets up and one move follows another, faster and stronger, and it seems to me that each is pale shade of the next that appears. Sometimes I am frightened that it is only a dream and I hurry, grab, afraid that it might disappear. I reside in that world of colors, for days, for months. I try to hold the time, right there, in a place where boundary between real and surreal fades away...
And while the night embraces the dawn, my world of colors, protected by a wall made of my dreams, lasts and I joyfully reside in it. And it`s always like that."
