Biography

Pedja Rakićević

Born year 1972.
Post academic, Masters in Fine Art Painting, year 1998.
Since 1999. Pedja spends twelve creative years living and painting in San Francisco, where he specialized graphic design at Foothill College, Los Altos, California, a digital publication at the OICW, Menlo Park, California in 2003, also where he was confirmed by the GATF / PIA (Graphic Arts Technical Foundation / Printing Industries of America)

Year 1996. Pedja became a member of ULUS, Belgrade, Serbia; and since 2002. a member of the Pacific Art League of Palo Alto, California, USA; and since 2003. a member of the Berkeley Art Center, California, USA.

He has received numerous awards for artistic creativity, including UNICEF award for anti-war theme.

Pedja’s paintings are in many private collection, galleries and museums world wide, as in Serbia, USA, Japan, Switzerland, Austria, Russia, Norwey, Poland, Montenegro …
